Tooth Fairy

I guess you know you're getting older when your kids start losing body parts. This one was a welcome loss. That dang tooth held out to the very end. Actually, I don't know if it was the tooth as much as it was just Cayden, too scared to pull it! And, just so you know, you don't HAVE to pull. They will eventually fall out! Plop, it's out. No pain. No freaking out. No tears. I've known Cayden long enough to know the "no touching it" route was the way we'd go. And here we safely are...no pain, no tears, no freaking out!! And he's so proud of that empty little space you can barely see. It's fun to see him smile (for once) so everyone can see! Good job Cade! And here's to waiting four more pointless weeks for the one next to it that's hanging on for life! "DON'T TOUCH IT!!!"
Oh PS here's another tip. IF by chance you run into the Tooth Fairy en route, remind her that quarters, not dollars, are the payment of choice. You'll ALL be happier if you do!
You can't see the tooth, but it's there.
Or that tiny little hole on the bottom!
He was so excited to call everyone to tell them!
